2. Products by TOGZG

The products of TOGZG are protected by copyright and trademark laws. By purchasing any product, the customer acknowledges the copyright and intellectual property rights of TOGZG and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions, especially the duties and responsibilities outlined in paragraph 6 and the limitations of rights to the products in accordance with paragraph 7.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The contract between the customer and TOGZG is formed when TOGZG accepts the offer of the customer by providing the ordered product through a download link or shipping confirmation. Depending on the selected payment method, this order confirmation can arrive at the same time as the order confirmation email. The contract covers only the provision of these products and the granting of rights to use these products according to the license terms (paragraph 7).

4. Compensation

The purchase and use of the products are subject to charge unless specifically marked as free.

The applicable prices at the time of the order are those listed on the TOGZG website. These prices are also listed on the invoice sent to the customer following order confirmation. Payment must be made within the designated deadline. Until full payment is received, the products remain the property of TOGZG.

Faulty orders or discrepancies in amounts will be credited to the customer’s account in the form of store credit.

• Payments can be made using a PayPal account or credit/debit card through Stripe. TOGZG is not responsible for any additional charges by PayPal or Stripe for their services.
• Stripe accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your card details are never transmitted to or stored on TOGZG servers. Payments are made in U.S. Dollars.

Paying by Credit/Debit Card

• Pay securely by Credit or Debit card. Currently, we accept Visa and Mastercard. Your card details are never transmitted to or stored on TOGZG servers.

6. Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer

The customer is responsible for the correct and complete input of their data necessary for the purchase agreement and the use of the products. The address must be complete and valid as it is the licensing address for the purchased products. Changes to this data must be updated online by the customer immediately.

The customer must provide the technical requirements needed to download, open, process, and/or save the products. The expenses for Internet access and connection while using the Web, particularly during the download of the products, are borne by the customer.

Passwords must not be disclosed to third parties and must be protected against unauthorized access. For safety reasons, they should be modified regularly. If there is any reason to believe that an unauthorized person has gained knowledge of the password, the customer must change it immediately.

9. Auxiliary Conditions

If any provision of these terms and conditions should be or become invalid, this does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.

The customer can only transfer rights and obligations to third parties with prior written consent from TOGZG. The customer has the right to compensation only for uncontested or legally valid claims.
